- your on a shit device (apple products or an A series or a cheap Chromebook or shit pc etc)
- failure to read what’s on your screen or not bothering to properly look for something before complaining about its non existence
- your internet is so shit it might as well be non existent
- the website is CLLEAARLLYYY down and you went to tell me despite the fact I’m prob already fixing it unless its like 2am
- the service in question is no longer maintained and you didn’t bother to check
MVS:
- your device doesn’t support the playback its been given
- your device requires transcoding that is simply not provided
- your trying to run something in 4k on a device that only support 420p
- your device does not have a stable connection (at LEAST 10 mbps recommended 50)
- you somehow corrupted your app
- your somehow too stupid to work out how to use a video player and set something wrong

- you didn’t bother to actually go find a feature
- you got banned for being an ass hat like setting your name to something dumb or filling the Db with loads of shit
- your device doesn’t have sound enabled, output device is wrong, speakers are off, basically you contacted the owner of the site because you cant operate a speaker when my 80 year old grandmother can
- you reached your playlist limit its fucking there for a reason there is no need to have more than the limit

take a moment to think “why does kal not give a shit about my issue? did i do something dumb as fuck and a feature or a setting that solves the issue is Infront of my face and i couldn’t be arsed to look? maybe if i can’t be bothered to use the site correctly i should just not use it instead of wasting Kal’s time” i am not your personal customer support it is not my problem if you have a device that is too shit or you don’t have enough brain sells to click simple buttons
