Hello thanks for playing on my server, this page contains all rules about my server it can be changed whenever i wish and even if something isnt here it might still be punishable
mc.kcyrus.co.uk Terms
These Terms of Service apply to the FZN Minecraft server at mc.kcyrus.co.uk, including the game server, world, chat, signs, books, online map, Discord, community spaces, support systems, plugins, logs, backups, websites, and any connected services operated by or on behalf of FZN.
By joining, connecting to, playing on, building on, chatting on, using, or attempting to use the server, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.
1. Access to the server
The FZN Minecraft server is a community server that may be used by players of different ages, backgrounds, locations, and levels of experience. All players are expected to behave responsibly, safely, and respectfully.
You are responsible for your own Minecraft account, Microsoft account, device, internet connection, client, login credentials, and behaviour while using the server.
You must only access the server using an account that you are authorised to use. You must not use stolen accounts, compromised accounts, shared accounts used for abuse, alternative accounts used to bypass punishment, or accounts used to impersonate another person.
FZN may restrict, suspend, or remove access to the server at any time where FZN considers it necessary for safety, moderation, security, operational integrity, or protection of the community.
2. General behaviour rules
You must not use the server, chat, signs, books, item names, skins, usernames, builds, map art, Discord, support channels, or any related service to:
- bully, harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, shame, or target another player;
- use hate speech, discriminatory language, sexual content, violent threats, extremist content, or illegal content;
- bypass chat filters, moderation systems, mute controls, blocked words, or staff instructions;
- spam, flood, advertise, scam, impersonate others, mislead staff, or manipulate other players;
- share personal information about yourself or others, including addresses, phone numbers, schools, passwords, private accounts, or IP addresses;
- encourage unsafe, illegal, harmful, exploitative, or abusive behaviour;
- post phishing links, suspicious downloads, malware, token grabbers, harmful files, or dangerous instructions;
- grief, intentionally damage protected areas, abuse claims, or interfere with another player’s experience;
- exploit bugs, duplicate items, abuse permissions, or use unfair methods to gain an advantage;
- make false allegations, fake evidence, or malicious reports against another player or staff member;
- do anything that FZN considers harmful to the safety, fairness, stability, reputation, or integrity of the server.
3. Chat, signs, books and user-generated messages
All communication on or connected to the server is covered by these Terms. This includes public chat, private messages, signs, books, renamed items, map art, command messages, Discord messages, support tickets, and any other player-generated communication.
Players must not use symbols, spacing, alternative spellings, images, foreign language substitutions, coded wording, map art, or any other method to bypass moderation, filters, or staff instructions.
FZN may monitor, log, review, moderate, remove, hide, edit, restrict, or report user-generated content where FZN considers it necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, evidence preservation, service security, or community protection.
FZN is not responsible for player statements, messages, promises, threats, claims, links, offers, advice, opinions, or content posted by users. Each player is responsible for their own communications and actions.
4. Real-world safety
FZN strongly advises players not to arrange real-life meetings with people they only know through the server, Discord, chat, voice chat, or any connected community service.
A real-life meeting is only even remotely acceptable where all people involved are at least 16 years old, or above the legal age of responsibility in their location if that age is higher, have clearly verified who the other person is, have seen and confirmed they are who they say they are, are not being pressured, are not keeping it secret, and have made safe arrangements with trusted people aware of where they are going.
You must not pressure, persuade, groom, threaten, bribe, manipulate, or encourage another player to meet in real life, move to private messaging, send images, share personal details, send money, disclose passwords, or take unsafe actions.
FZN is not responsible for harm, loss, danger, injury, distress, fraud, abuse, exploitation, or other consequences caused by players choosing to communicate outside the server, meet in real life, share personal information, click links, download files, or ignore safety guidance.
5. Allowed clients, shaders and online map use
FZN allows normal Minecraft clients and reasonable client-side enhancements that improve performance, accessibility, visuals, or user experience, provided they do not give an unfair gameplay advantage or interfere with the server.
The following are generally allowed:
- performance improvement mods, such as FPS optimisation and rendering improvements;
- shader packs and visual enhancements;
- resource packs that do not provide unfair advantages;
- accessibility mods that help players use the game normally;
- use of the official or approved online map to view the world, navigate, locate places, plan routes, or look for visible in-game areas.
The following are not allowed unless FZN gives clear written permission:
- X-ray, ore finders, cave finders, entity radars, player radars, hidden base finders, or similar unfair tools;
- hacked clients, cheat clients, auto-combat tools, kill aura, reach hacks, fly hacks, speed hacks, or movement exploits;
- bots, macros, auto-clickers, automation, packet manipulation, or scripts that affect gameplay fairness;
- tools used to bypass permissions, moderation, anti-cheat, claims, region protection, or server limits;
- any mod, client, map tool, or external software used in a way that FZN considers abusive, unfair, disruptive, or harmful.
FZN may decide whether a client, mod, tool, shader, resource pack, or behaviour is allowed. If a tool is used abusively, it may be restricted even if similar tools are normally permitted.
6. Authorised staff powers and server integrity
Authorised staff may use administrative plugins and commands, including inventory inspection tools such as invsee, where FZN considers it necessary for moderation, investigation, fixing glitches, returning stolen items, removing items obtained through abuse, or correcting unfair outcomes.
Staff may spawn, replace, remove, move, or modify items, blocks, entities, claims, permissions, builds, balances, and player data where reasonably needed to keep the game fair, stable, playable, and enjoyable.
Staff may use logs, block history, command history, inventory history, chat logs, map data, rollback tools, vanish tools, teleport tools, creative mode, spectator mode, and other admin systems where needed to investigate problems or protect the server.
Players must not accuse staff of cheating, theft, abuse, or unfairness solely because authorised staff have used creative mode, commands, logs, inventory tools, rollback tools, or other admin functions for legitimate server management purposes.
7. Malware, viruses and technical safety
FZN will take reasonable precautions to keep the server and related services secure, stable, and free from malware, viruses, malicious code, and obvious harmful content. However, FZN does not guarantee that the service will always be free from vulnerabilities, malware, interruption, compromise, defects, bugs, or security issues.
You must not upload, transmit, link to, distribute, encourage, or introduce any virus, malware, spyware, ransomware, token grabber, exploit, malicious script, harmful command, phishing page, credential harvester, or other hostile content through the server or related services.
You are responsible for protecting your own device, account, network, client, mods, resource packs, passwords, and login credentials.
8. Prohibited technical activity
You must not, without express written permission from FZN:
- DDoS, stress test, load test, flood, scan, probe, attack, or interfere with the server or infrastructure;
- exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, misconfigurations, permission issues, plugins, commands, or admin tools;
- attempt to access admin panels, consoles, plugin files, databases, backups, staff tools, source code, logs, API keys, tokens, credentials, or user data;
- copy, scrape, dump, export, mirror, clone, reverse engineer, or recreate the server, world, configuration, plugin systems, or data;
- intercept traffic, bypass authentication, bypass bans, evade IP blocks, or use VPNs, proxies, or alternative accounts for abuse;
- use bots, automated accounts, mass joins, packet manipulation, malicious clients, or command spam;
- interfere with backups, anti-cheat systems, logging, moderation tools, claims, world protection, or performance controls.
FZN may treat any such activity as a serious breach. FZN may preserve logs, block access, report activity to hosting providers, report serious incidents to relevant authorities, and take any further action FZN considers appropriate.
9. Player builds and ownership
Player builds, structures, farms, redstone systems, map art, written books, designs, and other original player-created content remain the player’s own creative work where the player legally owns those rights.
FZN does not claim that it personally created individual player builds where they were created by players. Players must not falsely claim that FZN-built areas, staff-built areas, spawn areas, event builds, protected builds, or other players’ builds are their own.
By creating, placing, uploading, submitting, or contributing any build or content on the FZN server, you give FZN permission to use that content as part of the server. This permission is worldwide, royalty-free, permanent, irrevocable, and non-exclusive.
This means FZN may host, store, back up, restore, move, modify, repair, remove, display, screenshot, record, stream, publish, promote, advertise, archive, reuse, or include player builds and content in the server, online map, videos, images, social media, websites, trailers, backups, future worlds, events, and other FZN materials.
FZN may use screenshots, videos, map views, server tours, promotional posts, or public materials that show player builds without needing further permission or payment. Where practical, FZN may credit known creators, but FZN is not required to provide attribution in every case.
You must not upload, copy, build, reproduce, or distribute content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, design rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
10. World copying, server data and plugin protection
The FZN server world, layout, configuration, plugins, custom systems, economy data, permission structure, maps, logs, backups, databases, scripts, branding, staff tools, and operational data are protected server assets.
You must not copy, download, leak, extract, distribute, sell, mirror, recreate, or gain unauthorised access to:
- the world file or substantial parts of the world;
- schematics, protected builds, staff builds, spawn areas, or private areas;
- plugin files, source code, configuration, scripts, or server settings;
- databases, logs, backups, user records, private messages, or moderation records;
- staff tools, admin systems, credentials, tokens, API keys, or private FZN documents.
Access to the server does not give you ownership of the world, server, plugins, configuration, systems, data, logs, backups, branding, or infrastructure.
11. Server infrastructure, public builds and protected systems
Server infrastructure includes any build, system, path, sign, road, railway, public facility, command area, redstone system, technical area, portal, farm, map-related structure, protected claim, spawn build, court build, public build, staff build, or community area that exists to support the server or other players.
Players must not break, remove, bypass, damage, hide, flood, burn, explode, steal from, obstruct, trap, modify, or interfere with infrastructure unless they have clear permission from authorised staff.
Players must also follow warnings placed on signs, notices, Discord announcements, staff messages, or protected areas. If a sign warns that breaking infrastructure may result in inventory clearing and a two-month ban, FZN may apply that punishment or another punishment FZN considers appropriate.
12. In-game court, hearings and server justice
FZN may require a player to attend an in-game court hearing where FZN believes there has been a rule breach, dispute, theft, griefing, infrastructure damage, abuse of server systems, unfair behaviour, or behaviour that affects other players or the wider server.
A player may be temporarily held, restricted, jailed in-game, muted, frozen, removed from normal gameplay, or otherwise limited until a hearing takes place. This is an in-game moderation measure only and does not create any right to a formal legal process.
Serious misuse, including crashing or attempting to crash the server, creating lag machines, abusing redstone, entities, farms, plugins, commands, chunks, mobs, portals, map systems, automation, or any other non-normal activity that harms server performance, may result in an immediate non-court ban.
Punishments following an in-game court hearing, staff review, or clear warning signs may include warnings, inventory clearing, item removal, temporary bans, permanent bans, mutes, jail time, loss of permissions, loss of claims, rollback of actions, removal from areas, or other moderation action.
The judge will normally be Kal himself. However, admins may select another judge where needed. The judge may be an admin or a trusted neutral person who is not directly involved in the issue.
If the prosecution, complaint, or main allegation is being brought by an admin, FZN may select a trusted non-sided person to act as judge where this is considered fairer or better for the server.
The jury, where used, may be selected from active members of the server, trusted community members, or people directly affected by the rule breach. FZN admins have final discretion over whether a jury is used, who is selected, and how much weight is given to the jury’s view.
FZN may use logs, screenshots, chat records, block history, inventory history, witness statements, plugin data, staff observations, Discord messages, map evidence, rollback records, and other available evidence during a hearing or moderation review.
Players must not lie to the court, threaten witnesses, manipulate jurors, hide evidence, remove signs, tamper with builds, pressure affected players, retaliate against reports, or abuse the court process. Doing so may result in further punishment.
The in-game court is intended to support fairness and community trust, but FZN admins retain final authority over all moderation decisions. A court outcome does not limit FZN’s right to take further action if new evidence appears or if the situation becomes more serious.
13. Moderation and enforcement
FZN may warn, mute, kick, ban, IP ban, blacklist, roll back, remove content, restrict permissions, reset progress, remove items, suspend access, disable accounts, revoke privileges, jail in-game, clear inventory, remove claims, or take any other moderation action at any time.
FZN may act with or without prior warning where it considers action necessary to protect the server, players, staff, data, infrastructure, performance, safety, legal position, or community standards.
FZN is not required to provide evidence, logs, appeal rights, compensation, refunds, or detailed explanations for moderation decisions unless required by law or clearly stated in a separate FZN policy.
Ban evasion, alternative account abuse, staff impersonation, false reports, retaliation, threats, intimidation, or attempts to manipulate moderation may result in further restrictions.
Where FZN believes behaviour is accidental, minor, or caused by misunderstanding, FZN may choose to warn, educate, reverse damage, or use the in-game court instead of issuing an immediate ban. This is discretionary and does not create a right to a warning.
14. Availability, performance and changes
FZN will make reasonable efforts to keep the server available, stable, secure, and performing well. However, FZN does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, error-free operation, low latency, permanent availability, compatibility with all Minecraft versions, or continued operation of any feature.
The server may be unavailable, restarted, rolled back, changed, limited, or taken offline for maintenance, updates, security incidents, hosting issues, abuse mitigation, plugin errors, world corruption, performance management, staff decisions, or reasons outside FZN’s control.
FZN may change, remove, rebalance, reset, wipe, replace, or disable worlds, plugins, items, ranks, permissions, claims, homes, warps, economies, game modes, online maps, rules, features, or content at any time.
15. Data loss and backups
FZN will take reasonable steps to maintain backups and reduce the risk of data loss. However, FZN does not guarantee that backups will always exist, be current, be complete, be restorable, or prevent loss.
FZN is not responsible for loss of builds, items, currency, ranks, claims, homes, permissions, statistics, messages, worlds, progress, or other data caused by bugs, corruption, player misuse, plugin failure, hosting issues, moderation, rollback, reset, cyberattack, technical failure, or service closure.
FZN may roll back the server, a region, a player, an inventory, a claim, or specific actions where needed to fix griefing, technical faults, duplication, corruption, unfair advantage, or serious mistakes.
16. Privacy, logs and user data
FZN may collect and process technical, moderation, and gameplay information needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the server. This may include usernames, UUIDs, IP addresses, chat logs, command logs, connection times, gameplay activity, moderation history, support messages, and security logs.
FZN may use logs for security, moderation, abuse prevention, safeguarding, legal compliance, fraud prevention, performance analysis, troubleshooting, evidence preservation, and dispute handling.
Players must not attempt to access, scrape, leak, copy, sell, misuse, or obtain personal data, private messages, logs, account data, staff data, or other user information without authorisation.
A separate Privacy Policy may provide further information about how FZN handles personal data.
17. Third-party services
The server may rely on third-party services such as Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang, hosting providers, Discord, plugins, moderation tools, anti-cheat systems, analytics tools, online maps, and other external systems.
FZN is not responsible for third-party outages, account bans, platform decisions, Minecraft authentication problems, Discord issues, hosting failures, software bugs, plugin vulnerabilities, or external service changes.
You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms, including Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang, Discord, and any relevant platform rules.
18. Reports and complaints
Players should report rule breaches, safety concerns, bugs, exploits, harassment, threats, suspicious links, data exposure, infrastructure damage, theft, griefing, or moderation concerns using the official FZN Discord:
False, malicious, abusive, or bad-faith reports may result in moderation action.
FZN may prioritise reports based on severity, available evidence, player safety, security impact, operational risk, infrastructure impact, and staff availability.
19. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FZN is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of builds, loss of items, loss of access, loss of enjoyment, reputational harm, emotional distress, device compromise, account compromise, player disputes, or issues caused by player misuse.
FZN is not responsible for harm caused by players ignoring safety guidance, sharing personal information, moving conversations off-platform, meeting in real life, downloading unsafe files, clicking external links, or trusting other players outside the server.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
20. Service termination
FZN may suspend, restrict, close, reset, rename, transfer, merge, or permanently terminate the server or any related service at any time.
FZN is not required to continue operating the server indefinitely and is not responsible for loss of access, progress, builds, ranks, claims, homes, community spaces, or data resulting from service termination, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Changes to these Terms
FZN may update, replace, or modify these Terms at any time. Changes may be made for legal, operational, technical, security, moderation, gameplay, business, or community reasons.
The latest version will apply from the date it is posted or otherwise made available. Continued use of the server after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply as far as legally possible.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
24. Contact and Discord
For support, reports, complaints, safety concerns, moderation issues, privacy requests, or legal notices, use the official FZN Discord:
